Clear before anyone pays.

01

Free audit

The audit is an initial review of one repeated process. It may include a fit/no-fit view, likely direction, and starting range. It does not include building, testing, account connections, credentials, data migration, or a detailed technical specification.

02

Scope and price

“From” prices are starting points. The accepted proposal controls deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, schedule, acceptance tests, support, cancellation, and payment. The standard pilot is a one-time scoped fee beginning at 4,900 MAD—not a monthly Mezz AI charge—with 60% due before implementation and 40% before production activation. Client-owned third-party tools are billed separately, and optional ongoing Mezz AI support receives its own quote.

03

Third-party tools

Hosting, n8n, messaging, email, CRM, calendar, storage, payment, and AI usage are separate unless expressly included. Client-owned accounts and direct provider billing are preferred. Provider availability, approval, pricing, and outages are outside Mezz AI’s control.

04

Client responsibilities

The client must have lawful access to accounts and data, obtain required notices and consent, provide accurate information, nominate an accountable owner, review messages, and provide decisions on time. Passwords and API keys must never be submitted through the public audit form.

05

Testing and results

A project guarantees only the acceptance behavior written in the proposal. Demos use synthetic data and do not promise identical results. Revenue, savings, platform approvals, or uninterrupted third-party service are not guaranteed.

06

Human review and publicity

Admissions, hiring, payroll, credit, health, and other significant decisions remain under responsible human review. Client names, testimonials, data, and measured results are never published without separate written permission.
